Placing an Order
Ordering at Canuck Collective is simple:

Check product variants to ensure you’ve selected the correct size, color, or style.
Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Enter your shipping information carefully. Make sure all details are correct before clicking “Continue to Shipping.”
Review your shipping address on the next page. Every order is shipped free of charge.
Click “Proceed to Payment” and select your preferred payment method:

Returns
Return Policy – Canuck Collective
At Canuck Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the conditions outlined below.
Important Notice
We do not offer free returns – return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hygiene-related products, even if unworn. This includes (but is not limited to): undergarments, earrings, and personal care items. These sales are final.
Return Conditions
You may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided that:
The product is complete, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Normal handling of the product is evident – damage due to careless handling is excluded.
The product is not a hygiene-related item (see above).
The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt (with photo evidence).
The customer agrees to pay for return shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt at our central warehouse in Asia.
⚠️ Canuck Collective reserves the right to refuse returns if we suspect items have been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order

Our support team will provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not send your parcel to the sender’s address. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be processed.
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund once:
The returned item has been received at our central warehouse in Asia in its original condition, AND
Valid proof of shipping and tracking is provided showing successful delivery to the return address we provided.
Please note:
Refunds are processed only after the item has arrived at our warehouse.
Tracking must cover the full journey to the final destination. Partial or limited tracking will not be accepted.
Failure to follow return instructions may result in customs issues, and in such cases we cannot process a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of purchase.
To cancel, email: support@canuckcollective.com immediately.
After 5 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible. Once the item is delivered, you may request a return under the above return policy.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@canuckcollective.com immediately with photo evidence of the issue.
Only claims supported with photographic evidence can be processed.
Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Errors
The shipping address you provide at checkout will be used as the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We do not accept responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
In some cases, we may be able to update the address before dispatch. Please email us as soon as possible at support@canuckcollective.com to check if this is possible.
Shipments in Transit
All products are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia. Transit times may be longer due to logistics and customs processing.
Once goods are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive your order and then initiate a return if necessary.
To speed up the process, we recommend providing us with your shipping confirmation and tracking details once you’ve returned your item.
Final Note
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

Our clothing fits true to the size chart. Each product includes a size guide, so you can always choose the right size and be confident it will fit perfectly.
