We want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy applies to all Canadian customers.
Return Window
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
This return period is voluntary and offered by Canuck Collective — Canadian law does not require online stores to accept returns, but we choose to support our customers.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

All original labels and tags must be attached

The product must show no signs of wear

A Track & Trace number is required

The customer covers all return shipping costs
-
Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Asia

Refunds are issued 7–10 business days after inspection
⚠️ Packages sent without tracking cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Return

Email info@canuck-collective.ca within 14 days of delivery

Provide your order number and item details

We will send you the return instructions and warehouse address

Ship the package with Track & Trace

Send us the tracking link

Refund is processed after warehouse approval
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours

Provide photos of:

the item
-
packaging
-
shipping label
-
We will resolve the issue immediately.
Important Notes

Return shipping is always the customer’s responsibility

We do not accept returns for items showing use or damage not present upon delivery
